Our Ethics
Question: Which areas do you cover?
Answer: We have associate investors throughout the UK

Question: How long does the process take for you to sell my home?
Answer: Very quick, if that’s what you need. We can usually buy your house within 10 days (subject to legal paperwork being in order).

Question: How quickly can I get the money?
Answer: Your solicitor will release the money as soon as the transaction is completed.

Question: Do I need a Solicitor to sell my house fast?
Answer: Yes. But we can find you a solicitor and pay for them, or we will pay you up to £500 in costs if you want to use your own

Question: Do I have to move out for you to buy my house?
Answer: We will work with you directly, to ensure that the purchase is completed when it suits you. We offer a ‘sell and rent back’ scheme, whereby we buy your house and can then rent it back to you until your situation changes. This is only performed in specific cases, as we will need to see evidence that you can pay the rent.

Question: Do I have to accept your offer straight away?
Answer: No, you are under no obligation.

Question: Are there any hidden costs?
Answer: No, there are absolutely no costs or fees to yourself. As stated we even pay your legal fees.

Question: Does anyone else have to know about the sale?
Answer: Absolutely not, it is confidential. We will not erect sale boards.

Question: How does your price compare to sales made by Estate Agents?
Answer: We usually offer typically around 65-75% of current open market value. You have the prospect of possibly getting a higher price via estate agents, but with no guarantee of a fast house sale and the risk of chain problems, plus you will still have to pay additional costs. Remember the mortgage payments while you are trying to sell. These all add up, and a quick property sale can save you a lot of money.

Question: Does the property need to be in good condition for me to sell my home?
Answer: No – many properties we purchase need various repairs, which is why they may be harder to sell via traditional methods.

Question: If we are facing repossession and we sell to you, do we still need to deal with all the repossession paperwork?
Answer: No – the solicitor will deal with this and arrange for all the loans to be paid off so you avoid repossession.
